Rental Rates as of July 2009

Rehearsal

1-2 hours single drop-in rate = $12/hr
3-7 hours a month = $10/hr
8-11 hours a month = $9/hr
Each additional hour after 11 hours per month = $7.50 /hr

Block bookings negotiable when available.

Classes & Workshops:

Add $1 hour for groups that average fewer than 8 people
Add $2 hour for groups that average more than 8 people

Performance Rentals:

1 Performance (up to 5 hours space use) = $100
Each additional performance = $80
Tech rehearsal = normal rehearsal rate + $2/hr.
